Save it to your device
Tap the file link and choose a folder you can find again. For a ZIP bundle, extract the files before opening them. Check any download limits shown with your order.
Start with the details
Open PDF files in a compatible PDF reader. Read the materials, terminology and required stitches before you begin. For sized sewing templates, follow the pattern’s print-scale instructions.

If the email hasn’t arrived, check your spam folder and confirm that payment has completed. Contact us with your order number if you still cannot access your files.
